i-Protect – Club Registration

As part of this, you will be asked to provide details of your i-Protect “Ambassador Team”. These are the people who will champion, embed and help manage i-Protect within your club.

Your i-Protect Ambassador Team

This section requests details of the core team who will champion, embed and help manage i-Protect within your club.

The people with overall responsibility for your club – Management Committee, Trustees, those who have overall responsibility for the governance of the club. You may add up to 4 names, starting with yourself.

i-Protect Club Coordinator(Required)

The i-Protect Club Coordinator is responsible for managing the Ambassador Team and ensuring all actions are fulfilled to secure the i-Protect Club Badge. They coordinate and ensure that everyone is clear about what they need to do, including completion of training and collation of all documentation.

This person will have access to the i-Protect portal and supporting resources and will be the main point of contact for the Safe Sport International team. They can also hold one of the Ambassador Team roles above.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I register someone who does not have an email address?

No – we require an email address to enable us to register each person within the i-Protect platform.

Must I provide all Ambassador Team names to complete the registration process?

Yes, your registration can only be completed once the details of all people in your Ambassador Team have been provided.

Can I change members in our Ambassador Team at a later time?

Yes, you can submit changes to your team at any time. Please let us know by raising a support request here. We will then setup an account for the new person. Please note, everyone in your Ambassador Team must complete all assigned learning modules, in order for the club to be eligible for the i-Protect Club Badge.
