As we continue the arrangements for our 2023 annual conference, please revisit the website regularly for updates.

The conference is a hybrid event, with in-person and virtual tickets available.

If you purchase a virtual event ticket you will have access to live-streaming of key elements of the conference.

This conference will be presented in English. If you have specific language needs, we will use best efforts to investigate options and endeavour to meet your requirements. You can include your request upon registration.

The venue is fully accessible and we shall contact you regarding any dietary requirements.  You can include your request upon registration.

When registering for the conference, you will have the opportunity to connect with other conference attendees. More details to follow.

Tickets will be available for in-person and virtual attendance, for 18-20th September or 19-20th September.

Full details can be found on the ticket sales page here. Payments are made through Eventbrite using payment methods listed. A copy of the invoice can be requested from Eventbrite. There is a no refund policy for this event.

Yes you can. Please send the PO over to conference@safesportinternatonal.com, including names and email addresses of the attendees (so we can send out the programme information) and we will send an invoice in return. Tickets will be issued upon payment.
