Welcome to i-Protect Safeguarding Learning

We have created i-Protect to make quality safeguarding learning freely available to the
sports sector, essential to anyone engaged in any level of sporting activity.

i-Protect offers the only whole-club approach to safeguarding learning. We have developed
the service in response to messages received from many people across the sporting world,
including athletes and specialists.

i-Protect will increase your awareness and understanding of safeguarding, enabling you to recognise and respond more effectively to any safeguarding concerns within your team, club or organisation.

All I-Protect courses begin with this introduction to 10 key safeguarding messages. Individual access will help you understand safeguarding within the context of four specific roles – Coach, Family, Sport Manager and Club Coordinator.

Overall, i-Protect provides an invaluable learning opportunity, equipping you to establish a
safe environment, protected from abuse, where sports can be enjoyed to the full.
